On October 19, 2012 he graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic.

He chose his chiropractic office in North Liberty to conveniently be located next to Core Fitness Gym and DigitalBind. Both of these businesses works closely with Dr. Karim’s office. Family and Sport Chiropractic is also close to Dr. Karim’s family, which is of great importance to him.
